Answers to the most common questions about our equipment, service, rentals, and repair pickup policy

AR Equipment sells new and used equipment and offers rental services and equipment service. We are also an appointed Manitoba Safety Station for one ton and up vehicles, including semis, semi trailers, air brake, and hydraulic brake trucks. We service equipment regardless of where it was purchased, including Bobcat, Case, New Holland, John Deere, Kubota, and all models of Wacker Neuson.

The office at AR Equipment is open Monday through Friday from seven in the morning until four thirty in the afternoon. We are available twenty four hours a day, seven days a week for emergencies, and some conditions apply.

We are located at 9-092B Road 51 Northeast in La Salle, Manitoba, R0G 1B0, just off Highway 330, one mile south of the Perimeter Highway in the south of Winnipeg.

Rental pricing is available on our website. However, for the best rate, please call our office at (204) 261-1800 and our staff will evaluate your needs and provide you with the appropriate information.

Rental terms and conditions are reviewed with every customer at the time the rental agreement is signed. This includes items such as delivery and pickup arrangements, insurance requirements, responsibility for damage during the rental period, and the expected condition of the equipment at return. For a full walkthrough of our rental terms before you commit to a rental, please call our office and a member of our team will go over the agreement with you.

Choosing the right size and type of equipment depends on the scope of the job, the ground conditions, and the attachments required. Our sales team regularly helps buyers compare options such as compact excavators, skid steers, and track loaders to match lifting capacity and reach to the actual job. Please call our office at (204) 261-1800 and we will have the salesperson for your territory contact you directly.

Standard stock parts may be returned within a reasonable time when unused and in their original packaging, subject to inspection by our parts department. Special order parts are ordered directly from the manufacturer for a specific unit and are not eligible for return once the order has been placed, since they are sourced or built specifically for that machine. If you have a question about a return or a special order part, please call our parts department directly.

We understand that circumstances can sometimes prevent a customer from picking up or paying for a completed repair on time. When this happens, we will call and email a reminder about any item still waiting for pickup, and this outreach continues for the first thirty days. After thirty days, storage fees begin to apply at a rate of $12.25 per day per item. After three months without payment, our garage keeper lien rights take effect on all unpaid items. If storage fees are paid, an item will remain in storage for up to twelve months. Any item that remains unclaimed after twelve months will be sent to auction to recover the cost of storage and services provided. Please call our office for more information about a specific repair order.
